• We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. After the 7-day period, we are unable to accommodate any return or exchange requests. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging and unused.

• In the event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately through our email, or any of our social media channels. Retain the security flyer and receipt, as they will be required for verification, along with your order number.

• Depending on the situation, we will either replace the damaged product or issue a full refund.
